"We never had more fun buying a home! Jason is easy to talk with, he listens to your wants and needs, and he knows his craft. We found Jason by filling out our information online and he was the first one to reach out. He was kind, patient and consistent. But never overbearing. After an introductory phone call with Jason, my husband and I felt very comfortable and flew into Norfolk airport from out of state. Jason was kind enough to pick me and my husband up from the hotel. He educated and showed us the many different areas and took us on home tours of interest in just a few days. Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk, etc. Side note: We have never been to Virginia! Well, it’s obvious we loved it! We didn’t find what we were looking for until we were back home searching online. But because Jason had educated us on the different areas, we felt confident and Jason was happy to take us on a FaceTime tour. Jason’s builder’s knowledge also played a part in his ability, which added to our confidence and trust that this was a great home and location. We made an offer with the guidance of Jason and just like that, we were on our way back to Virginia within weeks. Honestly, it’s been a wonderful experience.
